Once you have located the product you would like to edit (via Product Search or the Product Catalog page), you can edit all parts of the product by clicking on the appropriate section of the left navigation bar. Each section of the left navigation bar represents one step in the original product wizard which was used to create the product initially. Below is a sample image of the left navigation bar.
