Assign Products to Buyers
The Product Buyers page allows a product to be assigned to an entire company, a group of users or a specific user. A product must be assigned to a company, group or user in order for a buyer user to see it. If a product is not assigned at this level, it will not be displayed to any buyer company users. Instead, the product will only be found on a product search with buyer company equal to "Unassigned."

To assign a product to a company, check the box to the right of the company name. If the product is setup with multiple order types, you will see a column for each and may select to associate the product to one, both or neither for a certain company. If the product has multiple price schedules for one order type for this product, you will see a drop-down list in place of the check-box. Select a price schedule to assign the buyer company to the product.
Be sure to click the "Save" button once you have completed the company assignments.

To assign a product to a group or user, select the appropriate tab. You will see a dropdown list of buyer companies. Select the appropriate company and a list of groups or users will be displayed. Follow the same steps described for the company assignment above. Be sure to click the "Save" button after completing the assignments for each set of groups or users for a buyer company.
