Customer owned UPS or FedEx account numbers can be used to obtain discount shipping rates when using the Actual Rate shipping functionality.  If you choose not to use your own rates, Four51 will use the LIST rates for these shippers.  A UPS or FedEx developer account will need to be created and tied to the UPS/FedEx account to utilize this new feature.

WARNING: Certain FedEx rates will be increasing after the release if you are using the FedEx Actual Rate shipping functionality.  See the Actual Rates Shipper article to find out more information and how to setup a developer account.

New Web Services include:

• User – ListByCompany 
  Pass in a Buyer Interop ID to obtain user properties. 

User – GenerateUserInteropIDs 
If you call this web service, all users without an interop id will have one automatically set.
