Feature Name | Description | Release Date |
Approval Process | A new permission has been added that allows a user to approve/decline any order from their buyer company they have access to view. Permission: Approve All Orders. | October 2013 |
Auto Email | When a buyer user places an order, the admin user is notified via email that the new order is received. Prior to this release, this email was being sent from the buyer user's email address. Modern spam filters will often reject this message because the spam filter is able to detect that the message was actually being sent from Four51.com and NOT the buyer user's email. If the admin user were to reply to the message, it would be addressed to the buyer user's email address. To prevent spam filters from blocking the New Order Received messages, the email will be sent from DoNotReply@Four51.com. An admin user can change the "From Email" address from DoNotReply@Four51.com to another address by customizing the New Order Received Auto Email. Changing this value may cause this message to become undeliverable. If the ReplyTo Email value is blank, it will continue to be populated with the buyer user's email address. If the recipient of the message prefers to see who the order is coming from without opening the message, the Subject section of the Auto Email could be modified to something like: You have a new order [[OrderID]] from [[Email]]. | October 2013 |

Site Customization | The jQuery library made available for site developers to script against has been updated from version 1.3.2 to 1.9.1. jQuery Migrate was implemented to help with the transition. jQuery Migrate will display errors/warnings in the console of the browser and let the page function normally when it comes across most changed/deprecated functions. NOTE: This affects any area of an existing buyer site that has been customized with additional scripting. | October 2013 |
Text Editor | The toolbar used in the admin and buyer interfaces to create web content has been updated to CKEditor. This WYSIWYG HTML editor is cross browser compatible and includes a spell checker.
