Delete Buyer Companies
Deleting a Buyer Company cannot be undone! If you delete a buyer company, the company properties, groups, users, addresses, cost centers, categories, variants, permissions, and credit cards will be deleted. Products associated with the buyer company will remain because products can be associated with multiple buyer companies.
A Buyer Company may be marked as inactive which will then allow the company to be used again in the future.
To delete a Buyer Company:
Deleting a Buyer Company cannot be undone! To delete a Buyer Company:
- Log into your Admin interface.
- Click the “Buyers” top navigation tab.
- Select the buyer company with which you will work.
- Click the “Edit Company Information” link.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Click the “Delete” button.
- Click the “OK” button if you are sure you want to delete.
If you’re just looking to disable a site for a specific amount of time, you can click on the "Edit Company Information" link, and un-check the "Active" checkbox.
