Enforcing Unique AddressesBy default, Four51 enables the Enforce Unique Address Names feature to force an administrator or buyer creating a new billing or shipping address to have a different address name for each created address. To organize multiple addresses, Four51 has a field that forces an administrator to uniquely name multiple addresses. This is convenient when there are multiple office locations or branches and a corporate office wants to make sure a user selects the proper address. Each of the addresses created can be associated with a specific company, group or buyer. There may be instances when an administrator does not want the Enforce Unique Address Names feature. If made inactive, addresses can have the same name.
NOTE: This is a company-level feature and applies only to a given buyer company. This feature does not enforce unique address names across buyer companies.
