With Product Detail Spec Forms you can modify the view of any product to provide additional information or formatting on the Product Detail page of the Buyer interface. The Product Detail Spec Form page lists all variable specs that have a value set when a product is added to an order. The spec form is available for static or variable products and appears on the product detail page of the Buyer interface.
On this page you can:
1. Preview how the specs will appear.
2. Edit how the specs will appear using the toolbar or by changing the source code.
a. Using the toolbar is similar to common word processing tools. The text may be formatted and placed on the page as desired. Once the changes are complete, click the “Save” button.
b. Click on the “Source” button on the toolbar to view the source code and make modifications. Once the changes are complete, click the “Save” button.
If, at any time, you would like to return to the default spec form, click on the “Reset” button on the Edit HTML tab.
NOTE: Variable Specs that are part of a variable product project will appear when a variant is created or edited.
