This permission allows the buyer administrative user to enter in Admin created credit cards rather than sending that information to the distributor. This permission and functionality is supported on buyer sites that utilize a legacy and is not supported in an OrderCloud 2.0 application.
For buyer sites using a legacy theme, the buyer users are able to manage Admin created credit cards in the Admin section of the Buyer interface:
