Pricing Static Spec ReportThe Static Spec Report is built on top of the Product Report and is designed to provide detailed information for all static specs created and assigned to products in your catalog. The product information is also available for display. Due to the multi-relational nature of static specs, the base product information will be repeated for each spec returned in the report.
You can use the conditions options to filter results and narrow the scope of the report.
The condition options are a combinatorial filtering mechanism which means that choosing multiple conditions applies to the entire result set. If you select all active and variable products, the report will only return those products which meet both criteria.
Conditions:
- Catalog: The list of all buyer companies.
- Product ID/Name: The ID/Name property. The condition searches for existence of criteria in entire property. For example. Name = "Business Card." Condition = "ess" will return the Business Card product.
- Product Type: Choice between static, variable, and kit products.
- Active: True or false value of the active state.
- Large Image: True or false value if there is a large image
- Thumbnail Image: True or false value if there is a thumbnail image
- Date Created: A hidden property, not editable by a user, which records the actual date the product was created on the site.
- Product Group: Enter all or part of a product group name
"Display Columns" is a list of all columns that comprise the Product Report. The list is provided to allow for the narrowing of a report to show the desired columns of information. The list is multiple-selection enabled (hold the Ctrl key down as you select with your mouse). The Conditions criteria will still apply if the column is not selected for display.
The Preview button returns the result of the report to a tabled grid in the lower portion of the page. It is intended for a quick inspection of report accuracy.
The Download button returns the result of the report in a comma delimited format which is fully supported in Microsoft Excel as well as all other major spreadsheet applications. You will be prompted by your browser to save or open the file. The file is always named by the default value of "Report.csv." Once saved to your local computer, your spreadsheet program should open the file normally with each column separated as intended. If the file does not delimit by the comma, consult your software's documentation regarding the use of comma delimited files.
The Save button stores the entire Conditions and Display Columns selection, along with the provided Report Name, to your Saved Reports list.
The Cancel button reverses all of your selected properties and returns you to the Saved Reports list.
