Create New Button for Variable Products
Occasionally, a product's Create New button may seemingly drop off the page when a buyer user is attempting to create a new variant for a variable product.
To resolve this issue, complete the following:
1. Log onto your Administrative interface.
2. Select the buyer company with which the product in question is associated.
3. Click the "Variants" tab.
4. Select the category that contains the product from the drop-down.
5. Select the product from the drop-down below the category.
6. If the check-box next to "Allow the ability to create/edit/remove variants" is not selected, check it.
7. Log onto the Buyer interface to verify that the Create New button is now active.
8. If it is still not visible, try clearing the cache, cookies and history and then restarting the browser.
9. If the button still does not appear, please contact support by submitting a case.
