SitecoreAI Go-Live Date in the Sitecore Support Portal


Description

Customers and partners are encouraged to submit their Sitecore AI go-live date through the Sitecore Support Portal. This helps Sitecore Support align support resources and provide the appropriate level of support as the go-live date approaches.

How to Add a Go-Live Date

  1. Log in to the Sitecore Support Portal.
  2. Click your profile name or icon, the select My Go-Live Dates.
    1. Partners can view and manage go-live dates for their customers here.

  3. Click the Add Go-Live Date.
  4. Select the Account and Product, enter the target go-live date, and complete the required fields.

  5. Click Save

How to Edit a Go-Live Date

  1. In My Go-Live Dates, locate the project you want to update and select it.

  2. On the project page, click the calendar in the Go-Live Date field and choose a new date.

  3. Click Save to apply the update.
