How to view monthly availability reports for cloud deployments


Overview

This article contains step-by-step instructions on how to view statistics on cloud deployments available for your account in the Sitecore Support Portal.

How to view statistics on deployments

To view statistics on all the available cloud deployments:

  1. Log into the Sitecore Support Portal. For details, refer to KB0654910.
  2. Click the Cloud Availability option.

  3. In the the Availability for field at the top of the page, specify the account name:
  4. Choose the appropriateĀ Deployments Filter value. You can display statistics for All, Active or Inactive cloud deployments based on your requirements:


  5. Select the reporting period in theĀ Month field:


  6. Once you have set the parameters, a daily report will be generated. It will show the status of all cloud products available to you for the selected month:


  7. Expand the initially collapsed display options by clicking on Show/hide legend if you want more details:


  8. Hover your mouse over specific days in the report. A pop-up window will display information about the state of the deployment on that particular day:


  9. To view more detailed information on an incident:
    • Click on a specific day to open a separate dialog window:


    • Next, click the incident box located at the top left corner of the window:


    • The detailed information about the incident will appear on the right side of the window:
