Layout not found page might appear instead of the custom 404 page. The issue occurs when the "Enforce Version Presence" feature is enabled and the URL refers to the non-existing language version. It affects SXA sites.

Solution

To resolve the issue, consider the following options:

• Upgrade your solution to SXA 10.3.0 or later.
• For SXA 10.0.0, download and install the corresponding cumulative hotfix available in KB1001755.
• For SXA 10.1.0, download and install the corresponding cumulative hotfix available in KB1001756.
