How to Subscribe Users to Incidents and Information Communication


Overview

This article provides instructions on how to subscribe users for Cloud Events (Outages, Degradation, and Information).

How to Subscribe Users to Incident and Information Communication

  1.  Access to the Sitecore Support Portal is available at https://support.sitecore.com. For more details on how to use the Sitecore Support Portal refer to KB0654910. 
  2. Click on your profile name at the top-right corner and select Notifications:



  3. When clicked, choose the required option in the Select Scenario dropdown field (1):
    • Cloud Events (Outages, Degradation, and Information)



  4. Choose the required account from Select Account (2).
  5. Click the Add button.

  6. Search and add the email address of a subscriber from the dropdown list in the popup that appears:



  7. Remove Selected button can be used for subscribers' removal when necessary. A popup will appear, asking a user to confirm the removal.

Added emails will receive notifications depending on the scenarios selected once it gets created or updated.
