Description

The submission of a multipage form after session timeout might result in unexpected behavior. No alert message that the session has expired is shown and, as a result, some prefilled data from certain pages might not be saved upon submission of the form.

Solution

To resolve the issue, consider one of the following options:

• Upgrade a Sitecore XP instance to Sitecore XP 10.1.2 or later.
• Download and install the latest cumulative hotfix compatible with the affected product version:
  • For Sitecore XP 9.3, see KB1001332
  • For Sitecore XP 9.2, see KB1001331
  • For Sitecore XP 9.1.0, see KB1001328

Note

If you use Sitecore XP 10.0.0–10.1.1, you might experience the related issue described in KB1002297.
