How to use the Sitecore Cloud Status Page


Overview

This article provides instructions on how to view the up-to-date status of Sitecore Cloud-based products using the Status Page of the Sitecore Support Portal, including communication on available events.

Accessing Status Page

Status Page is available from the Sitecore Support Portal or at https://status.cloud.sitecore.net/status. All visitors can see public events. Logged-in users have access to private events specific to their accounts.

To log in to the Sitecore Support Portal, click the Log in button in the top right corner of the screen. Use the same credentials you have used for https://www.sitecore.com/account/signup. If you have trouble signing in, refer to KB0654910 for more details.

 

Working with Status Page

To view the up-to-date status of Sitecore Cloud-based products and services, click the Status Page icon.


The page displays the status of Sitecore Cloud-based products and services, as well as new publications on events. To find publications, click the appropriate item from the list or click All Public Events or My Private Events tab at the bottom of the page.

Note: Users must be authenticated (logged in with a valid account), to subscribe to incidents and information communications (notifications). For more details, refer to How to Subscribe Users to Incidents and Information Communication

To display publications specific to a product, type the product name in the Filter by Products field.
