Description

The list of Profile Cards in the Select Profile Card dialog might be cut off with no ability to scroll. The issue occurs due to incorrect CSS overflow property value.

Solution

To resolve the issue, for Sitecore XP 8.2.2-8.2.4, download and install the patch compatible with the affected product version found on this page:

Alternatively, to fix overflow styles in the Select Profile Card dialog:

• Go to the Website\sitecore\shell\Applications\Analytics\Personalization folder and backup the PresetList.css file.
• Update .presetList class for Internet Explorer, or .rlbList class for Firefox and Chrome with:

  overflow-y: auto;

• Clear the browser cache.
