Description

In a multisite solution, cross-site links might fail to generate, and the target site might not be resolved. The issue occurs if the value of the <alwaysIncludeServerUrl> property of the URL Builder is "false".

Solution

To resolve the issue, consider one of the following options:

• Upgrade a Sitecore XP instance to Sitecore XP 10.1.0 or later.
• For Sitecore XP 9.3, download and install the corresponding cumulative hotfix available in KB1001332.
