Description

This article describes how to troubleshoot the issue when the Sitecore images based on deprecated Semi-Annual Channel (SAC) OS are not found on the scr.sitecore.com registry.

The symptom of this issue is a message similar to the following found in the log records:

manifest for scr.sitecore.com/sxp/sitecore-xp1-cm:10.0.0-2004 not found: manifest unknown: manifest tagged by "10.0.0-2004" is not found

Solution

To resolve the issue, consider the following options:

• Use container images based on Long Term Service Channel (LTSC) OS version.
• Use container images based on a newer SAC OS version.
