How To Create An Expert Services Case

To create a new Expert Services case, proceed as follows:

  1. Access the Sitecore Support Portal at https://support.sitecore.com.
  2. Log in with the same credentials you used when creating your Sitecore ID

  3. Click Cases:

  4. Сlick Expert Services:

  5. In the opened Create Case - Expert Services view, fill out the fields with descriptive information about the issue you are reporting and click Submit. Note that all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.



    • Short description: define the nature of your issue. The short description of the issue must be informative and correspond to the issue description.
    • Contract: select one of the available Sitecore licenses from the drop-down list or add a new one. Review the How to use Sitecore licenses on the Support Portal article for more details. The list is sorted by the account name. 
    • Preferred communication language: choose either English or Japanese.
    • Description: provide a more detailed description of your issue.
    • Product: select the appropriate Sitecore product for issues related to the product.


How To View An Expert Services Case

Click on the Cases to see a list of all existing support cases of your company, including Expert Services cases. This list includes cases that have been reported by your colleagues. The search box in the upper right of the page can be used to search through the cases.
