Description

After changing a user interface (UI) language, Experience Analytics might still display the UI in the previously used language. The issue is related to the ExperienceAnalytics.Sites cache that stores the previously cached data.

Solution

To resolve the issue, consider one of the following options:

• Wait till the ExperienceAnalytics.Sites cache has been expired. The default expiration time for this cache is 5 minutes.
  
  
• Clear the cache as an administrator using the following page:

  https://<cmInstance>/sitecore/admin/cache.aspx/
