Description

The DatePicker might display an incorrect date format in the Experience Editor. The date format is different from the format selected in the Region and Language Options dialog box in the Control Panel.

The issue occurs in the following cases:

• When picking the date in the Preview Date and Time dialog box in the Preview mode.
• When picking the date in the Select a date dialog box in the Edit mode.

Solution

To resolve the issue, consider one of the following options:

• Upgrade a Sitecore XP instance to Sitecore XP 10.3.0.
• Download and install the patch compatible with the affected product version found on this page:
