Description

Collecting basic information might fail for some Sitecore XP instances with the Azure Blob Storage module installed. The data collection progress might change from Generating back to Connecting and eventually fail with Busy, unreachable, offline or decommissioned message:

Solution

To enable data collection, in Sitecore XP 9.3.0, download and install the following hotfix:
SC Hotfix 367733-1.zip

Note that the hotfix also provides minor fixes for administration pages like Logs.aspx and SqlShell.aspx, also for page EventQueueStats.aspx that might fail with error getTimestampForLastProcessingMI is null.
