Description

To make Sitecore Commerce 8.2 powered by Commerce Server Initial Release work with Sitecore XP 8.2 Update-1 and later versions, you must deploy the updated versions of the components described in this article. The other components can be found on the SCpbCS 8.2 Initial Release page.

Solution

Sitecore Merchandising Manager

The Sitecore Merchandising Manager 8.2.165 contained in the SCpbCS 8.2 Initial Release does not work with Sitecore XP 8.2 Update-1 and later versions. During the installation of the update package, you get an HTTP 404 error stating that "The resource cannot be found."

Solution: deploy Sitecore Merchandising Manager 8.2.172.

Sitecore Reference Storefront Site

The Sitecore Reference Storefront 8.2.507 referenced by the SCpbCS 8.2 Initial Release does not work with Sitecore XP 8.2 Update-1 and later versions. During the installation of the update packages, you get an HTTP 404 error stating that "The resource cannot be found."

Solution: deploy Sitecore Reference Storefront 8.2.518.

Note: This release is the same as 8.2.507.0, except for a single bug fix that involved removing a number of unwanted web.config files from both the CS, AX, and Common solutions.

Sitecore Commerce Connect

The Sitecore Commerce Connect 8.2.273 contained in the SCpbCS 8.2 Initial Release does not work with Sitecore XP 8.2 Update-1 and later versions.

Solution: deploy Sitecore Commerce Connect 8.2.326.

Note: This updated package does not work with the Sitecore XP 8.2 Initial Release. You must only deploy it with Sitecore XP 8.2 Update-1 and later versions.
