Deadlock causes site unresponsiveness on application start


Description

In specific cases, you might experience site unresponsiveness after Sitecore XP start. This is caused by a deadlock.

Symptoms: You cannot load any page on the site. Memory consumption is relatively low. Sitecore XP log files are not populated with any content.

Solution

To solve this issue, download and install the patch corresponding to your Sitecore XP version (see the readme file inside the archive for installation instructions):
