Description

The Sitecore Forms application does not support the Send Email and Add a contact to a contact list submit actions by default. It uses the Email Experience Manager (EXM) functionality to send emails and has no ability to add data directly from the form to the email message. Users can create custom submit actions by themselves to execute code when clicking on the Submit button.

For example, adding a contact to a contact list can be implemented as follows:

1. Add the Trigger goal submit action to the form.
2. Create a marketing automation campaign.
3. Add the goal to the Start element of the campaign.
4. In the campaign, use the Add a contact to a list action.

The Send Email submit action has been introduced in Sitecore XP 10.1.
