Description

When trying to view a media item locked by another user, it cannot be viewed. The following error message appears on the screen when trying to access the item:

Failed to map the path '/temp/_disabled.'.

Solution

To resolve the issue, consider one of the following options:

• Upgrade a Sitecore XP instance to Sitecore XP 10.1.2 or later.
• For Sitecore XP 9.0.2 and earlier, download and install the patch compatible with the affected product version found on this page: https://github.com/SitecoreSupport/Sitecore.Support.212651/releases.
