Multiple versions of Sitecore xDB Cloud Service have been released. Current article provides the list of versions and their current release state.
Sitecore xDB Cloud 1.0 is in Beta state. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) do not apply to customers running this version of the service.
Sitecore xDB Cloud 2.0 is in Preview state. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are active for any customer who is using xDB Cloud version 2.0.
