The form item may not be refreshed in Content Editor after editing the form in the Form Designer. This may also happen when changing Save Actions or Form Verification in the corresponding wizard in the Forms tab.
The problem usually occurs when editing a form item in a language other than the one that the Sitecore Client was opened in.
This issue affects WFFM 2.0 or later versions.
After making changes in the corresponding form editing application, click the form item in the content tree to reload the item. This will reflect the changes in Content Editor.
