The Application Logging (Blob) setting in the Azure App Service and website performance


Description

To improve website performance, we recommend that you disable the Application Logging (Blob) setting in the Azure App Service. You can use the Application Insights functionality instead.

Solution

To disable blob logging:
  1. Log in to Azure Portal.
  2. Click Sitecore App Service.
  3. Click App Service logs.
  4. In the Application Logging (Blob) setting, click Off.
