Beginning in March 2016, all customers who use the Sitecore Email Delivery application from the App Center may experience issues affecting their ability to perform normal mail dispatch operations.

Sitecore has fixed the issues above and released a production update on April 8th, 2016. Since this time, all affected Email Delivery functions are working in normal mode.
Note: when working with Email Experience Manager and Sitecore Email Delivery application, always refer to Sitecore documentation ("Dispatching through the Sitecore MTA") for proper configuration.
There is an updated management UI for sender domains in EXM 3.3. Therefore, EXM 3.3 users will need to apply additional post-steps in case wrong sender domains are spotted in the UI:
