Description

When using the Experience Profile Dashboard application and reviewing the Latest Visitors table, it may display the list of the recent visitors, but not the latest ones. Sorting the table by the Recency column would also not display the latest visitors.

This behavior occurs if the xDB Collection database contains more than 20 contacts (visitors).

Solution

To fix the described issue, apply the following patch:

1. Copy the Sitecore.Support.434620.dll assembly to the \bin folder of your solution.
2. Copy the Sitecore.Support.434620.config file to the \App_Config\Include\ExperienceProfile folder of your solution.
