Description

If you are using Sitecore Reference Storefront 8.1 version 8.1.478.0 or earlier, you might get a site rendering problem on the account management page after you upgrade your Sitecore XP 8.1 to Update-2.

The following error messages might appear:

The layout for the requested document was not found.

The page you are looking for doesn't exist.

There is a compatibility problem between the earlier released Sitecore Reference Storefront site and Sitecore XP 8.1 Update-2. It has been fixed in Sitecore Reference Storefront site version 8.1.478.0.

Solution

To resolve the issue, consider the following option:

1. Reset the Final Rendering field of the Standard Value of the Account Management template item (/sitecore/templates/Storefront/Page Templates/AccountManagement Page/__Standard Values). The Reset option can be found in the Version tab in Content Editor.
2. The Standard Value of the Account Management template item must contain only a single version for the English language. All other languages must be removed.
