Overview

Sitecore Publishing Service is a separate application that performs bulk publishing operations. It has its own configuration and log files.

Collecting basic information about Publishing Service

1. Collect the following basic information for Publishing Service in your solution, including:
   
   • Content Management \Web.config file
   • Content Management \App_Config folder
   • Content Management \App_Data\Logs folder
   • Publishing service webroot folder with all of its content.
2. Attach the resulting archive to the support case or upload it to the Sitecore Support ShairePoint Storage.
