In Sitecore Experience Commerce (SXC) 9.0.2 release or earlier, the product updates might not be available when modifying the data in BizFX tools or Content Editor. The issue occurs until ItemCache, DataCache, HtmlCache, and CommerceCache are refreshed on the Sitecore XP side due to not enough automatic cache cleaning.
Starting from Sitecore Experience Commerce 9.0.3, the SXC index crawlers on the Sitecore XP side (Content Management or Content Delivery) read the updates from the corresponding list on the engine side every 10 minutes. If anything has changed, the relevant caches are cleaned up.
Note: When an entry from SXC list is processed, it is removed. This is why the following is important:

Be aware that the hotfix was built for a specific SXC version, and must not be installed on other SXC versions or in combination with other hotfixes. If any other hotfixes have already been installed on a certain SXC instance, send a request for a compatibility check to Sitecore Support.
Note that you must extract the ZIP file contents to locate the installation instructions and related files inside. You must install the hotfixes on a CM instance and then sync with other instances using standard development practices.
