Description

The Upload File window might have an incorrect size and header when inserting media items in the Rich Text Editor after you have installed Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA).

The issue affects SXA 1.6 - 1.7.1 versions.

Solution

To resolve the issue, consider one of the following options:

• Upgrade to SXA 1.8 or later (recommended).
• Download and install the patch compatible with the affected product version found on this page:
