Starting from Sitecore XP 9.1 Update-1, a full rebuild of the sitecore_suggested_test_index search index is triggered once an hour.

This can lead to the increased resource consumption.
To resolve the issue, consider one of the following options:
20140101|99990101|127|1:00:00
with
20140101|99990101|127|1.00:00
20140101|99990101|127|1:00:00
with
20140101|99990101|127|0.00:00
Note: When using the Content Testing Suggested Tests, the data is retrieved from the suggested_test_index, which is rebuilt every hour by the previously mentioned scheduled operation. The index is populated based on the items in the Master database and reporting data is collected for these items. Disabling the scheduled operation stops the index getting new records. Therefore, the report, which is required for Content Testing automatic suggestions, will not be updated, while the rest of the Content Testing functionality will work.
Starting from Sitecore XP 10.2.0, the task time interval has changed, and a full rebuild of the sitecore_suggested_test_index is triggered every 8 hours by default. The Schedule field of the /sitecore/system/Tasks/Schedules/Content Testing/Rebuild Suggested Tests Index item has the following value:
20140101|99990101|127|08:00:00
