Description

On multilingual solutions, users may experience slowness while uploading media files. It happens because Sitecore CMS creates item versions in each existing language for Unversioned media. This produces a large number of save operations per single media item.

Solution

Apply the following patch to your Sitecore CMS instance:

1. Put the Sitecore.Support.94414.dll file into the \bin folder.
2. Put the Sitecore.Support.94414.config file into the \App_Config\Include folder.
