To speed up rebuilding the link database, consider the following options:

• Upgrade Sitecore XP instance to 10.3 Initial Release or later (recommended).
• Initiate the Rebuild Link Database process in multiple threads by downloading and applying  the patch compatible with the affected product version found on the following page:
