If you use a separate reporting database, the Executive Insight Dashboard might fail with an error if you try to open or refresh reports while SQL Server is transferring data to the reporting database.
With the default configuration of the SQL Server data transfer job, data will only be transferred once per day at 23:00. If you encounter this error at different times during the day, check the schedule for transferring data.
Wait until SQL Server has completed transferring data to the reporting database.
