This article contains information about support for Sitecore products hosting in a containerized environment.

For Sitecore XP 9.3.0 And Earlier

If you are hosting Sitecore XP 9.3.0 or an earlier solution within a containerized environment, Sitecore Support will assist you with any Sitecore product issues that are not unique to a containerized environment, that is, a Sitecore product issue that can be replicated outside containers. This means that Sitecore Support might ask you to replicate the issue outside containers, although they will try to avoid this.

While Sitecore XP supports the use of Sitecore products in containers, Sitecore will not be able to provide guidance on how to develop or host them in a containerized environment. Sitecore recommends that you consult with your partner or another third party on subjects such as:

• Creating containers.
• Developing with containers.
• Choosing a container orchestration engine.
• Designing a container infrastructure.
• Understanding/troubleshooting performance requirements for Sitecore products in containers.

For Sitecore XP 10.0.0

Starting from Sitecore XP 10.0 Initial Release, Sitecore provides documentation and officially supported images for deploying a solution in a containerized environment for the following products:

• Sitecore Experience Platform 10.0 Initial Release
• Sitecore Experience Accelerator 10.0.0
• Sitecore JavaScript Services 14.0
• Sitecore Experience Commerce 10.0 Initial Release
