Description

Translation cache reloading from Sitecore XP databases might be slow and there might be high resource consumption. This can result in performance degradation and time-out errors.

Solution

To resolve the issue, consider one of the following options:

• Upgrade Sitecore XP instance to Sitecore XP 10.1.0 or later.
  Note: Make sure that the setting Translation.LimitSitecoreCacheUsage is set to false, as follows:

• Download and install the corresponding cumulative hotfixe compatible with the affected product version found on this page:
