Description

In some cases, while using Azure Request Routing (Azure ARR), a web app might use an internal domain name that is not publicly available. Due to this fact, the URL of the FXM SCBeacon service might also use the same internal domain name instead of a public domain name that is defined in the FXM beacon script.

As a result, the trackPageVisit request is executed for the internal domain name.

Solution

To resolve the issue, consider one of the following options:

• Upgrade a Sitecore XP instance to Sitecore XP 10.3.0.
• Download and install the patch compatible with the affected product version found on this page: https://github.com/sitecoresupport/Sitecore.Support.221942/releases.
