Buttons are invisible on the Media Picker windows of the Commerce Merchandising Manager


Description

When using the Media Picker window of the Commerce Merchandising Manager, the Select and Cancel buttons might be invisible.

Note: This problem is not reproducible when using the Commerce Merchandising Manager on the Sitecore XP 8.0 Initial Release (rev. 141212).

Solution

To resolve the issue, install the patch for the Merchandising Manager as follows:

  1. Navigate to http://<yoursite>/sitecore/admin/UpdateInstallationWizard.aspx.
  2. Follow the steps from the installation wizard.
  3. Upload and install the Sitecore Merchandising Manager 8.0 rev. 8.0.216.0.update file.
  4. Run an IISRESET command to make the changes effective.
