Description

When using the Form Designer application from the Web Forms for Marketers module 8.1.0, you may experience some UI inconsistencies.

These issues may include missing or misplaced buttons and text labels.

Solution

Perform the following steps to fix the issues:

1. Replace the \sitecore\shell\Themes\Standard\Default\FormBuilder.css file with the following one: FormBuilder.css.
2. Clear your web browser's cache and restart the browser.
