• All product versions are valid for both 32- and 64-bit versions unless otherwise stated. Note that some products are only available as a 64-bit version.
• All product versions must have the latest updates or service packs installed. For specific details, refer to the Installation Guide for the corresponding XP version.

• [2] Starting from Sitecore XP 7.5 through 8.2, MongoDB was required for Sitecore xDB. Starting from Sitecore 9.0, SQL Server support was added, while Mongo DB Support was re-added for Sitecore 9.0.2. • [6] Only the desktop versions of the listed web browsers are supported by the Sitecore Client. Browsers for mobile operating systems, such as Android or iOS, are not supported.
• [7] Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and Windows Server 2016 are compatible starting from Sitecore XP 8.2 Update-3.
• [8] The targetFramework attribute of the httpRuntime and compilation sections must be configured according to the .NET Framework compatibility table above. The server where the Sitecore instance is hosted must have a compatible or later version of the .NET Framework installed.
• [9] Microsoft SQL 2016 support is for Standard, Enterprise, and Express editions.
• [10] Horizon does not work with IE11.
• [11] Microsoft does not fully support MS ML Server installed on Windows Server 2019. More information can be found in the official MS documentation.
• [12] Undocumented operations with OS are not covered by Sitecore Support. Server Core does not have a traditional desktop interface and is designed to be managed remotely. For information on remote management tools, refer to the Microsoft documentation.
• [13] MongoDB 4.0.5 and 4.0.13 are compatible with Sitecore XP 8.2, Sitecore XP 9.0, and Sitecore XP 9.1. For more details, refer to Sitecore XP support for MongoDB 4.0.
• [14] All Redis on-prem versions are expected to work correctly.
• [15] Only Kubernetes versions that are supported by Microsoft AKS are supported by Sitecore. AKS runs the latest and two prior GA versions support model. For more details on Kubernetes version support policy, refer to Microsoft's official documentation.
• [16] Windows 10 is not supported on Container deployments with Windows Server 2022. Sitecore XP requires Hyper-V Isolation for Windows client hosts, but Microsoft does not support Hyper-V Isolation for Windows 10 with Windows Server 2022. Refer to: Windows Container Version Compatibility 
• [17] For Container deployments, Windows 11 is supported on Windows Server 2022 only.
