Methods:
AddToBalance - Allows the ability to add a provided value to an existing Spending Account. (one per call)
Delete – Deletes a Spending Account (and all associations the Spending Account had).
Save – Creates or updates a Spending Account. Name, Label, SpendingAccountTypeName, Balance, and one of the following: CompanyInteropID, UserInteropID, or GroupInteropID are all required fields.
