DetailsXML Order Administration streamlines the management of Four51 web services. There is some basic functionality available to all Admin users and advanced functionality available with the appropriate Admin User permission.
Admin Web Services
For those companies who utilize the Four51 Admin Web Services, the left navigation of the Admin tab will include “Web Services” which can be clicked to view the URL for each web service and update the Shared Secret.

Order Request/Order Request to SelfFor those companies who utilize the Four51 Order Request and Order Request to Self Web Services, the left navigation will be configured for each user based on if the XML Order Administration permission is assigned.For users without the permission, the left navigation of the Admin tab will include the “Web Services” section header (that is not clickable) and the Xml Order Administration link. When the user has clicked on the Xml Order Administration link, he will be able to search for one or more transactions based on Status, Order ID and Date Range. The results include a list of transactions that meet the criteria. This user may select one or more transactions to resend by clicking the check box to the left of the Order ID and then clicking the “Resend Selected Transactions” link below the grid. NOTE: A maximum of 400 results will be displayed.
For users with the permission, the left navigation of the Admin tab will include the “Web Services” link and the Xml Order Administration link. After clicking the “Web Services” link, the user will see the Order Request configuration box as well as any others based on the companies settings.
Users with the permission will also have additional functionality on the Xml Order Administration page. When the user has clicked on the Xml Order Administration link, he will be able to search for one or more transactions based on Status, Order ID and Date Range. Once the results have been returned, this user can resend one or more transactions listed in the grid or he can click on the Order ID for any of the transactions and will be taken to a page where the XML can be modified and resent.
