Details
SAP Open Catalog Interface (OCI) connects Four51 buyer catalogs to customer SAP systems. It allows users of SAP to access and purchase products that reside on Four51 and transfer product data back to the customer’s SAP system.

Open Catalog Interface (OCI) is an SAP standard for interactive sessions managed across the internet between an SAP system and a supplier's web-based catalog (Four51). It uses standard HTTP protocol, allowing product data to be transferred directly from the supplier’s catalog to SAP. This allows the SAP user to access a supplier catalog, select products from the supplier’s site and transfer the product data to the SAP system. After the product data has been transferred to the SAP system, it can be routed through the user’s purchasing, requisition and approval processes. The final purchase order is typically delivered from the SAP system to Four51 in an xCBL document, but may be delivered in other formats.  Download the attachments below to read the detailed guide for this topic.

If your customer requests OCI capabilities, please contact Four51 to setup an appointment to discuss your customer’s request. Four51 will work with you and your customer to setup and configure the service.
