Administer Admin Groups

To work with Admin Groups, you must have sufficient user account permissions.  If you do not have the correct permissions, or are unsure as to whether or not you do, contact your company’s Four51 administrator.
 
To create an Admin Group, complete the following:
  1. Log into your Four51 Admin interface.
  2. Click the "Admin" tab in the top navigation.
  3. In the left navigation bar, click "New Admin Group."
  4. Enter a group name and description, then click the "Save" button.
  5. You will now see a list of your Admin Groups.  To edit a group, click on its name.  To return to this page at any time, click "Admin Users" in the left navigation bar.
To configure buyer company settings for Admin Groups, complete the following:
  1. Log into your Four51 Admin interface.
  2. Click the "Admin" tab in the top navigation.
  3. In the left navigation bar, click "Assign Admin Groups To Buyers."
  4. You will now see a page with a grid. To assign a setting to an Admin Group, click the appropriate checkbox in the grid.  For example, to assign "Get Messages" to buyer XYZ Corporation, locate the row in the grid for XYZ Corporation, then check the box in the Get Messages column.
  5. Click the "Update" button to save your settings.
To assign Admin Users to Admin Groups, complete the following:
  1. Log into your Four51 Admin interface.
  2. Click the "Admin" tab in the top navigation.
  3. In the left navigation bar, click "Admin Users."
  4. In the list of users, locate the desired user (you may use the search feature if you wish).  
  5. On the Edit Admin User page, scroll to the bottom until you see a grid titled Admin Groups. If you do not see a grid, no Admin Groups have been created.  Refer to the directions above to create Admin Groups.
  6. Assign a user to a group by checking the box next to each desired group.
  7. Click the "Update" button to save your settings.
